Partnerships Again Key To Third Annual Greater Waco Community Education Summit

Former Waco mayor Virginia DuPuy, now president of the Greater Waco Community Education Alliance, says that continuing to build on community partnerships is a key theme of the third annual summit. Various community members and organizations will be joined by educators and speakers, like Rick Stephens, presient of Boeing.

The keynote speech with Rick Stephens begins tonight at 6:15, with the business of breakout groups and special sessions taking place tomorrow throughout the day. KWBU will have reports from Stephens' speech, as well as key breakout sessions that include a look at robotics in schools. For KWBU News, I'm Derek Smith.
