For his media company, Waco Business News, he documents Waco's economic revitalization and hosts the radio show and podcast, “Downtown Depot,” on 103.3 KWBU-FM. For Pokey O’s Cookies and Ice Cream, a food truck and storefront that he owns and operates with his wife, he serves as Chief Cookie Monster. Additionally, he is developing a retail and entertainment center on Elm Avenue in East Waco. Austin and Julia are proud parents to their daughter, Stevie, age 1.
